In order to try and find you the best deals and offer you highly competitive prices of leading brands, we employ the concept of “Lean Operations Management” to keep our operating costs as low as possible. We therefore only have an online-store for the time being.

We do offer a FREE delivery service on ‘selected items’. All items can be couriered to your doorstep. Unfortunately we do not offer a collection service at this stage, but we are exploring options of designated pickup points in the future.

Payments can be made through our secure PayFast portal on our website. We also accept bank deposits and EFT transfers. Bank details will be provided upon request.

All customers will be provided with a tracking number for their purchased item/s. Customers can track the whereabouts of their items online. You will be required to sign for your item once delivered. If you have not received your delivery by the expected due date, we advise you to contact the courier company / delivery service so they may provide you with more accurate and up-to-date information. We do however, advise all our customers, that due to the global pandemic, that there might be disruption, or delays in receiving certain goods that may be delayed in transit.  We kindly request your patience and understanding regarding this matter and will try our level best to get your item/s to you in the unlikely event of this happening.

A client summarily browses our site and its contents, identifies the product/s they are interested in and informs us through the site sales@bargainhunterssa.co.za / inquiry@bargainhunterssa.co.za . (Please tell us the product details in your communication).

As we offer such a wide range of stock, we sometimes may not have your selected item in stock (in-house), so we will cross-check the availability of stock with our Supply Management Team and revert back to you.

Once the item has been confirmed with our suppliers, we kindly request clients to communicate their full physical address and pay for the product into our account. The product is then couriered to your doorstep. Delivery normally occurs between 7-11 days after full payment is made (for items not kept in-house). Clients are sent a tracking number to monitor and track their delivery. However, due to the pandemic, can we kindly advise clients that there may be delays in receiving their items, due to potential disruptions to the supply chain. We will try our level best to get your items to you in a timely manner. We thank you in advance for your patience and understanding regarding this matter.

Yes, you can. We are constantly updating our products, so sometimes your ‘desired product’ may not be listed at that point in time. So please feel free to inquire about new smart phones (size, make, model), or different colours of footwear and clothing that are available.
