If you purchase any electronic devices (including but not limited to: cellular phones, laptops, tablets, smart watches, game consoles, etc), and experience a problem with the device (manufacturing malfunction), then you must retain, and present full proof of purchase, the items original packaging (no damage to the item’s original packaging), or any signs of scratches, or damage to the product, or its casing/housing.
All electronic products come with a company/factory/warranty/guarantee seal / logo.
Do NOT remove the seal/logo under any circumstances, as it will nullify your warranty, and the warranty will be void. Please note that the warranty only covers manufacturer’s faults. It does not include any ‘man-made problems’ such as broken, or damaged screens/LCDs, water/liquid damage, or damage through carelessness, or negligence, like accidently dropping the device, or trying to self-upgrade the software.
In the unfortunate event that a client is dissatisfied with an item, we offer you 7 days in which to lodge a complaint by emailing us at customerservice@bargainhunterssa.co.za and outlining the nature of your complaint. Each case will be looked at based on its individual merits and circumstances. We reserve the right to use our discretion to offer you a replacement (for the same model).
We regret there are no refunds on ANY product purchased (electronic, or otherwise).
Please note that all costs, including but not limited to shipping / courier services of returned items are borne by the customer/client and must be paid in full before any further processing can occur.
